9. Southern tayto is a cleaner more subtly flavoured uniform walkers like crisp. Northern tayto a slightly more flavorful crisp with a ‘dirtier’ slighter greasier (more satisfying ) mouth feel.  

   They’re distinct and different products which happen to share a variant of a legacy brand. Both forking off and diverging over the course of decades into their own respective thing.
