  2. This should be Haley’s last primary before she drops out, right? She’s gonna lose to 45 in her own state.

  3. Can we just get on with it and declare President Trump the nominee? Feeling bad for Haley at this point…

  4. What’s the over/under on when it’s called for Trump? My bet is 2% in, or 7 minutes past poll close. Whichever comes first.

  5. Even if she gets trounced, Haley will hang in there for a while… The Colorado ruling, depending on what SCOTUS says, will likely determine whether she drops. Regardless, this is going to be a black eye for her.

  7. Haley’s strategy is just to stay in until Trump dies or gets convicted, but then everyone who previously ran and even some others will all jump right back in the race.

  8. Imagine if a 2016 Michigan level event happens and Haley wins.

  9. 60-40 Trump. Enough for the media to spin how Haley nominally has a path to kick around until Super Tuesday, but awful for a candidate’s home state.

  10. No matter the outcome, Trump will have little use for Tim Scott after this. That fake preacher wanna be is one I can not wait to see thrown under the bus.

  12. My predictions for tonight:

    – Trump easily wins the SC primary by about 30 points, thus causing a huge political embarrassment for Haley for losing her home state in a landslide. She vows to stay in the race through Super Tuesday.

    – Expect the networks to call SC early and possibly Trump as the presumpive nominee as there is no path forward for Haley to win.

    – Ronna McDaniels steps down as RNC chair under pressure from Trump She is replaced by Michael Whatley and Laura Trump and declare Trump as the presumptive nominee under pressure from Trump.

    – Haley begins to receive more and more pressure to drop out of the race either through funds drying up and from the RNC and Trump to do so after her loss in SC.
