It is obvious that Putin know that. Putin didn’t act during the Trump presidency because Trump favored Russia over Ukraine. Thus, Putin expected to achieve his aims by other means. Now that the old cold warriors are back at the helm, he switched back into cold war mode.
Does that mean his body temperature is close to that of the surrounding environment?
