  4. I think that moving him into the RCB position has helped him to play an amazing game today. When he plays as a LCB he has to cover the space left behind by Cancelo. By playing on the right side, he has more passing options and more players to support him in his defensive duties. Today Araujo played as a LCB if I watched correctly. With Araujos’ strength and experience he can cover the left part better.

    He’s turning out to be a great defender. But he will make his mistakes, obviously. It’s just a matter of how the club can protect him and how mentally strong he will be when criticism comes.
