[YLE refers to Reuters](https://yle.fi/uutiset/3-12277696) for a quote of Mr. Blinken:
> Yhdysvallat on mukana takaamassa Euroopan tai Ukrainan turvallisuutta, hän sanoi Reutersin mukaan.
That would be huge news indeed. However, I couldn’t find such a quote on the Reuters pages. Is there any confirmation of the YLE reference?

That sentence (“Euroopan tai Ukrainan”) doesn’t even make sense. Here’s a video of the press conference: https://youtu.be/1sUviJlailc (video starts at 45:40). Maybe he says it there, maybe he doesn’t.
