  1. Hard to say, but judging from the color and the bone in the right piece my best guess is Bauchfleisch, so roasted pork belly with crust.

  2. Difficult to pinpoint, it looks like “Kümmelbraten”, or some sort of “Surfleisch”

    Brined pork, unsure what part but it definitely looks Brined.

  4. Schweinsbraten mit Kruste, eigentlich eher ab Bayern üblich in Ö selten!
