Looks a lot like a Schweinsbraten or Schweinsbrüstl. Difficult to pinpoint, it looks like “Kümmelbraten”, or some sort of “Surfleisch” Surbraten / Surfleisch? Brined pork, unsure what part but it definitely looks Brined. Schweinsbraten mit Kruste, eigentlich eher ab Bayern üblich in Ö selten!
