Finally. These mfs wanted to charge us a year later we cancelled our account with them a week before the cooling off period.
They forgot to actually cancel our account so we had to take it to the ombudsman. It was half a year of writing emails and sending evidence that they should have cancel us long ago.
But no, they answered to questions we never asked and acted like they don’t know anything.
At the end they had to send us an apology letter and 50 quid.
They sent it and then half a year later they send a final bill of 200 for a period we weren’t even tenants in the flat.
Absolutely rubbish.
I’m still in limbo. Still paying direct debit to Pure Planet. Waiting for Shell to give me an account. Can’t access anything. Can’t produce a bill. Don’t know when they’re going to fuck me, but I know it’s coming, and I feel like it’s going to be hard.
Not surprised they went under. Was on the website start of January and they said there was nothing to worry about with recent media speculation lol. Trying to get into account is a nightmare, password wouldn’t work and reset never worked either, would say I already used the link. I feel for people and their jobs.
This is my supplier, been waiting for this for a few weeks now. My best price when I last changed was between Bulb and Together so I’ve guess I was destined to fall onto the cap eh?
Living alone this bill rise is going to bite me but c’est la vie I guess.
