To an Icelander, this is gibberish.
This could possibly be the “icelandic names” of these fellows. So they took their names, wrote them with Icelandic letters and then added their father’s name with “son”, which is the typical way of making Icelandic names.

It’s most likely a stupid joke by German speaking people. Rotzevoll or hackevoll both mean very drunk in German.
