My friend was a working student last year in Germany and filing their income tax using wunder tax. They have line 28 on their income tax statement. The wundertax asks them to enter it in a special section but in that section they are confused if they need to enter the amount specified in first or second line as line 28 says “Beiträge zur private Kranken und pflege Pflicht Versicherung oder mindestvorsorgepauschale“. They are supposed to enter the amount specified in line 28 of their Lohnsteuerbescheinigung into the field called “Beiträge zur Privaten Krankenversicherung” which is not pictured here. Also, tell your friend to clean his monitor and send a screenshot instead of a photo. If it is nowhere to be found I imagine they want you to use the field with “Beiträge zur Krankenversicherung”.
