Interesting that it’s the UK, Spain, and Denmark for the three European countries. The countries that control the entrances into and out of the Baltic and Med seas.
The UK Carrier Strike Group is made up of the following ships:
– HMS Prince of Wales
– HMS Somerset
– RFA Tidesurge
– RFA Tidespring
– HMCS Charlottetown
– HDMS Niels Juel
– HDMS Hvidbjørnen
– ESPS Cristóbal Colón
With USS Paul Ignatius also part, but not in the PHOTEX
So satisfying how the wakes all line up
Warmongers and imperialists love this picture
This should be the opening sequence to the sitcom – The Navy. Think The Office, with ships that don’t work, navigational kit that breaks when wet, hitting a submarine cos the sonar overheats if it’s on for too long, and the season finale, a missile that crashes during testing. This stuff writes itself… literally
Ever see Operation Valiant Shield?
It’s hilarious….
But the Chinese Navy tried to use US recruitment posters for their own propaganda. They don’t even have a sufficient amount of carriers to pull it off.
….Or the aircraft for that matter.
How cute, it even has a little ramp!
I hate to think how much they paid someone to come up with ‘Steadfast Defender’.
Why is the aircraft carrier at the front? Would have thought you’d wanna keep it in the middle for protection, no?
