Connemara road rage

  1. This is what we’d all sound like if the Brits and the Scandinavians and the Normans had of left us alone all those centuries ago

  2. There’s nothing like a pair of Connemara men arguing.

    “*a chunt lofa!”*

Even though this is pretty harrowing from the cyclist’s perspective, the part where the van driver says he’ll shove the camera up his hole is pretty funny I must admit.

  3. Scumbag gardai are constantly using the public order act to threaten and harass anyone who has the gall to ask them to do their job. It’s supposed to be a broad catch-all law, but that only works if the people enforcing it aren’t lazy and corrupt. Once again, the Gardai proving they can’t be trusted with any amount of discretion.

  4. Jesus, what a joke from the cops. A fucking caution? You can clearly see how closely the cyclist is to the gravel and how close the van is to him, veering towards him multiple times. Who gives a cunt hair what kind of language the cyclist is using?

  5. From his Twitter feed: “I have to sign a statement everytime I submit a video stating that it’s unedited so not sure I can remove the audio”

Is he one of these cyclist with their GoPros who provokes people and then films their reaction? Might explain why the guards don’t take him seriously.

  6. “Ná bí ag fuckin eascainí os comhair mo ghasúr a chuint lofa”
(Don’t be fucking swearing in front of my child, you rotten cunt)
    Ah, the irony.

  7. This is why I’m against the plan to use public dashcam by cops. This fella could have been blocking the road for the half hour before but the clip was snipped to show the result. Fact is we don’t know.
