Whilst standing charge goes up… Whilst it is a drop still it’s annoying that the standing charge exists and is such a large portion of the bill.
They will just raise daily charge to compensate is this talked about in the link?

I mean, anything lower than now is good… But it smells like the fuel price drop… You know… How fuel shot up, and came back down and has now settled at like 10p less than the silly rates, which is still about 30p a litre off of what it was before it started getting silly…
Yet I’m still going to be paying more than double what I was in 2021

Gas prices predicted to fall to 11.00 GBp/Thm in 2024/25.
I read a news article yesterday which states the bills are actually rising for PAYING customers as so many people have fallen into debt they are now relying on us who pay our bills to get them back out of debt.
