Good, now do Cannon.
From the article.
In October 2021, Adrian had found then 18-year-old Drew Clinton of Taylor, Michigan, guilty of sexual assaulting a 16-year-old girl during a May 2021 graduation party.
The state Judicial Inquiry Board filed a complaint against Adrian after the judge threw out Clinton’s conviction in January 2022, with the judge saying that the 148 days Clinton had spent in jail was punishment enough.
The complaint said Adrian had acknowledged he was supposed to impose the mandatory four-year sentence against Clinton, but that he would not send him to prison. “That is not just,” Adrian said at the sentencing hearing, according to court transcripts. “I will not do that.”
…
Clinton cannot be tried again for the same crime under the Fifth Amendment. A motion to expunge Clinton’s record was denied in February 2023.
Good! Fuck people who support rapists. Its so damn easy to not be a rapist! No sympathy for them and their enablers.
Regretfully, rapist Drew Clinton will now be able to escape.
The Fifth Amendment prohibits Clinton from being tried for the same offense twice. In February 2023, a move to remove Clinton’s record was turned down.
Judges should have the power to provide clemency to prisoners because that absolutely is something that the legal system has been abusing for years, taking away the decision making power of the judiciary to put more people away for extended periods in hellish circumstances.
And *of course*, it its used for this piece of crap.
There are tons of incels working around religious and legal systems who want rape to be legal. That’s their next agenda once they get rid of abortion, birth control, and anything else allowing women an ounce of bodily autonomy. They will also legalize DV. But only when the man is beating his wife. Women will be sent to prison or worse if they attempt to defend themselves.
This removal of blatantly crooked, biased judges and justices needs to happen more often.

That would suck if this judge was raped and another judge let the rapist go free
Yes, indeed, raping a child who is unconscious is a common occurrence at kid parties. There is nothing to view here.
What a POS!
Knowing how lax the judicial system can be re:rapists, I find the abortion ban with no exception for rape/incest all the more barbaric. I know it’s a bit off-topic, but I recently read an article that said that some 26,000 women in tx have become pregnant for to rape.
Rape can have devastating consequences for many years after, so when I see people feeling bad for the time the rapist must serve, I wonder what is wrong with these people? I know many many Republicans have said terrible things about women and rape, and to know that some who feel similarly work in the judicial system, it makes me sick.
How can we ensure that judges, police, etc have progressive views about woman, rape, etc rather than “good ‘ol boy” attitudes?
Bye bye, misogynist pig.
This is my America, where even judges are held to account.
Honestly, they should review all of the trials he has presided over. How many innocent people has this ass sent to prison?
That was fast.
Now he’s just Robert Adrian; Not so ‘Honorable’ anymore. ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
But the rapist still got away with it.
Man that is the most babyfaced rapist ive even seen
Good.
What a scumbag.
Now let’s do Trump bought and paid for judge in Florida.
If the US SC would have such a panel, all justices would be removed.
Imagine hating women so much that you’ll trash the cushiest job possible because of it.
Please please please keep holding these judges accountable. There’s no excuse for circumventing law, using the Bible as law, and sucking up to a traitor.
Honestly shocked to see accountability on this one.
The American sentencing system is definitely flawed. It gives individual judge too much power and not enough oversight. It’s extremely easy for judges to be corrupt.
