We fucked it all up, not just medicine and education.
I read this one post where a guy said he and his wife went to college, got degrees and nice jobs and then his wife got cancer. He said he lost 20 years of savings plus everything he had ever made and still hadn’t completely paid the medical bills. Yeah, this country is fucked
😂
A lot of people can’t think very far ahead. They don’t see the benefits of increased tax income, the impact of spendable income on demand, how efficient government spending can be over private spending, or how education influences innovation and small businesses.
They usually have little-to-know understanding of economics, and are just repeating whatever cable news or social media told them. The only opinions that matter are that of the congressional members we elect. We’ll never catch up to the rest of the world until we can start electing congressmen who are economically literate.
