So it was probably done by the west, or even Ukraine itself although I doubt it. If it was Russia they’d probably continue the investigation and accuse them, eventually. Either way I don’t care, it was a strategic Russian investment and bargaining chip.

Why are people assuming this was done by state actors and not a private entity?
I admit i don’t know enough about this to have a strong opinion but im having a hard time seeing which country benefits from this. Companies though? I have no doubt someones pockets benefited greatly
