I used to have a phone contract & SIM card with O2 and recently got a new eSIM with Simon mobile (which runs on the Vodafone network) because it was far cheaper. My old phone number I took with me and I cancelled my contract with O2.
On my phone settings it now says that I have two SIM cards, even though I think I should only have one? I’m worried I’m going to be charged from O2 as well as from Simon mobile. However, when I “turn off” the O2 line (see photo) my 5G doesn’t work. Can anyone explain how this works? Thank you!
