This is the story with many crimes, I really wish we had more awareness of it.
Something like 90% of crimes are committed by less than 3% of the population who are repeat offenders and are often “known to the police”.
If we actually did something with this information we could repeat the great results all over the country and do so for other crimes.
So when the police actually do their job it makes the news now…
