That .lu website is hosted on a cloud service in France.

Typical Luxembourg nothing more than business friendly practices for funds
There are a handful of web agencies here trading on the reputation of a couple people on the team who are well connected but never provide satisfactory services. I’m not saying all of them are like this but I’ve been burned a couple of times and would be hesitant to try another Luxembourgish agency even if it were recommended to me.
And you’re complaining about it on an American website?
Because it extends his runway by .3 or so?
Same reason someone from Norway might make use of an e.g. Vietnamese app developer. Hiring even a single one inside of Norway might consume an entire project’s budget if it’s bootstrapped by a solo founder

Companies are made because someone believes they’ve found a way to make money. People don’t begin companies because they woke up one day and decided to reduce the unemployment rate
