  12. I absolutely hope that Trump doesn’t win. I’m Republican and I’m not even voting for him. If God forbid he does win though, I really hope Boris remains close to him so Boris can influence him to do the right and necessary things for Ukraine and NATO. I think Boris is a great guy (please no downvotes my British friends) and if Boris can have a close relationship with Trump and sway him, that will make Boris’s legacy even more solid.

Defeat by a lettuce wasn’t in Truss’ interests, nor was getting caught partying while people died in lockdowns, but sometimes pollies are too moronic not to avoid the obvious issue in their policies and behaviour. Trump is dumber than Bojo, too, so obviously he’d just cop the L and try to sell it as the greatest win of all time
