Joe Hart had 3 consecutive Golden Gloves. 4 total (level with Petr Čech), Ederson is nearly there with 3

  1. 4 Golden Gloves in 5 years. Not too shabby at all for an “overrated goalkeeper”

  2. I really hope they release a commemorative jersey of his when he does officially retire. He’s been one of my favorite players to play for City.

  3. He was a beast against Madrid in his heyday day. Literally he stopped a complete annihilation

  4. The team really nailed the strategy of building a rock solid foundation in the back 5 with creativity up front, and that won what 2 titles? Then once the front was playing the way they envisioned they were able to get the back 5 playing the way it is now and became a world juggernaut.

Joe Hart the shot-stopper was a fucking god, but he just couldn’t/wouldn’t make the transition. That takes nothing away from what he accomplished, and he should have a statue of his silly airplane run.

  5. Different era but made some amazing saves and poured his heart out for the team (pun slightly intended).

I can hear him screaming right now (“YAYA!!!”)

  6. Fucking crazy historical revisionism about Joe Hart from rival fans, acting like his 2016 Euro invalidates his entire career, class keeper in his prime.
