Being on the front lines of climate change wasn’t good enough for Texas.
You know when you’re down to the last bit of your drink, drawing on the straw makes that all-familiar gurgling noise? That’s what I think of when I see the word Fracking. TX has been drinking from their literal wells for over a century now! And now it’s all gurgling. So they’re moving the proverbial straw around, getting every last drop; at any cost! Vampires are insatiable.
The problem is far different between TX & CA. I was a licensed General Contractor in SoCal (90’s). The Code requirements for building or remodeling in CA are based on the assumption of future earthquakes. Not so in TX.
