  2. You know when you’re down to the last bit of your drink, drawing on the straw makes that all-familiar gurgling noise? That’s what I think of when I see the word Fracking. TX has been drinking from their literal wells for over a century now! And now it’s all gurgling. So they’re moving the proverbial straw around, getting every last drop; at any cost! Vampires are insatiable.

    The problem is far different between TX & CA. I was a licensed General Contractor in SoCal (90’s). The Code requirements for building or remodeling in CA are based on the assumption of future earthquakes. Not so in TX.
