The nomadic fools with no where to call home. It would be sad if they didn’t behave so poorly everywhere they go. Don’t worry Ukraine, these types don’t have the spine or spirit to return home and risk conscription. They don’t have any REAL fight in them. Maybe a row with a store employee that inconveniences them in a foreign country. That’s about it though.

They own businesses and stuff in Thailand, have quite the community. We should encourage them to stay out of Russia so they don’t feed the army.
They don’t want them staying long enough to establish a historic diaspora that requires a Russian invasion to protect.
