No doubt they’ll manage to weasel out of it somehow.
How does that work then
I’ll just park my butt here
😂 Not so fucking clever now are we?
That’s one heck of a jigsaw puzzle
They are going to appeal and let it rot in the courts, bet you.
I hope they rebuild it then nobody goes there, at least until they sell it on for a pittance.
What’s the point? It won’t be the same building. Far too much money and energy is wasted on things that really don’t matter.
What’s the chances there isn’t enough evidence to convict anyone so this is the next best thing before the inevitable appeal and possible weaseling out of it?
Guarantee due to the passage of time any insurance they may have had, will not be picking this reinstatement up, especially as the owners demolished the building (deliberate act) and the insurer has lost any salvage and an adjuster can’t now access the scene.
Going to be expensive, hopefully the building contractor pulls some pants down.
It worked for the Carlton tavern in London. It can work here as well.
It was bulldozed buy a developer before planning permission as it was going through the process of being listed. Was rebuilt brick by brick.
Will probably set fire to the new one, collect insurance and sell to a developer. This is the “proper” route, for these crappy people.
Well, they fucked around.
Now it’s time to find out!
I hope this happens but I seen people should how get out of it in the past.
It will be a challenge for the building inspector when it’s finished.
