The cutting down to 3 executive members is good, because it took forever to get something approved till now, also I think hes the perfect choice fo the job, if he does his job with the same passion as he did for Borussia then the future is very bright for Bayern, now they just need a coach to pair up with him, I personaly think a younger, lets call it lesser, coach would be best, Alonso or Hoeness, and give it a couple years to fully rebuild a system for the next decade.
