To be fair the DPD driver is in the right there. That cyclist should not have been riding on the pavement and should have dismounted until he could safely get back on the road/cycle path. Hell, considering the direction he was riding he shouldn’t even be on that side either.
I myself cycle to work though the amount of people I see cycling like idiots makes me wish that cycling required passing a theory test beforehand.
