The predicted end was awalys losing or conceding to Russia. The goal was awalys to fight untill it was not worth it to Russia to keep going. Ukraine did a hell of a job but was never going to outright beat Russia, per all predictions.
Honestly though he’s going to need around the clock security regardless of how this war turns out

Russian army is salivating to get to rape and kill Ukrainian civilians. Numerous videos from the war already show what they will do. In the same time Russia’s recently leaked budget shows what administrative “changes” Russia will do, when they will conquer all of Ukraine.
It will be way worse than death.
Ukrainians will be forced to fight the next country Russia will attack after Ukraine is dealt with.

Yes. Freedom is everything. Putin will destroy Ukraine, as he is doing with the rest of Russia. And ship Ukrainian men to fight in another war. I would assume almost directly. The ones that are not shipped to the Siberian labour camps.
If the west doesn’t want to get into active fighting on the front lines, we should at least deploy a peacekeeping force to secure all western Ukraine, so they can free their military forces that have to guard those parts of the country. Also deploy a no-fly zone over those parts guarded by western AA and airforce.
This wouldn’t put western forces in direct fighting with Russia, but would still ease the burden for Ukraine. The step is also easier from there to actually fighting to kick the Russians out, which I think the west should do. It’s either fighting here and now to restore the 1991 borders in Ukraine, or fighting in an EU- or Nato-country in a few years, with tens of millions of Ukrainian refuges and Russia having more time to divide the west with their trolls and disinformation.
Ukraine is getting played by the west. Which will end very bad for it. Such a dilemma! get eaten by russia or get decomposed by the west.

I’m pretty sure he will be fine. He survived 2014 and onwards, even dodged conscription, twice! First time just dodged and second time became a president – who orders a conscription of others. That guy isn’t funny after 2 years

Zelenskiy described effectively the bad result of this war. Without the US & NATO’s backup, Ukraine can’t beat the Russian Confederation on the frontline. Many Western citizens underestimated Putin’s madness against Europeans’ peaceful world. France, Germany, and the UK should support the Ukrainian Army right now if they don’t want to see another battlefield in the EU through Putin’s dementia.
Unfortunately, the US military doesn’t have enough numbers of ammunition, honestly. Thus, those three democratic states must become independent military superpowers regardless of the US’s support. Supposing that the Russian Confederation becomes the loser in this war, the regime can’t commit another war recklessly in the end. But if Putin’s regime wins, that would be the worst moment for Europeans. The reason is that Putin might have the dream that he can rebuild Soviet Russia. And that’s a possible story due to Putin becoming a patient of paranoia.
I am surprised he has not had his hard heavy hitters “deal” with the GOP politicians on Putins payroll.
