  1. I do not understand the venomous attitude towards the monarchy by some given the monarch as head of state works to serve the people whatever religion, background, status while the Prime Minister is the head of an elected government with Parliament. Revenue far exceeds costs of the monarchy” While accumulating tangible and intangible assets of the Brand Monarchy has surpassed £67.5 billion, Brandfinance estimated that the monarchy generated an annual ‘gross uplift’ to the UK economy of £1.766 billion, while its annual running cost is £292 million. It costs the taxpayers surprisingly low — equal to only £4.50 per person per year. And the revenue generated by Brand Monarchy is thus £1.474 billion — far in excess of the total costs of the monarchy.

  2. For once the Princess Royal's hubby was allowed to walk in front of her 😉, very likely because it was an informal family gathering.

  3. Great to see Sarah looks well. Lovely to see her but a bad move to have her attending these events with them as if she is a royal and married to Andrew when she isn't. It confuses people. People still think she is "The Duchess of York" when she hasn't been since '96 and is only Sarah, Duchess of York because she is divorced from the Duke of York. It's nice to have her attend services with the family, but Sarah is a very public person who is not bound by the rules of the institution. This is a dangerous choice by The King that could wind up causing him unnecessary grief. But so good to see that she is quite well. Best of health to all.

  4. I was pleased to see Sarah there. I hope she’s doing ok. And Queen Camilla looks lovely as always. And I love Zara’s hair. 😊

  5. Can someone explain to why they’re doing this commemoration for exiled King Constantine II? If anything, it should be the Spanish Royals doing this since Queen Sofia is the King’s sister.
