Surely the other woman in the car would know? Seems weird they are saying she is not suspected of anything
Is there any self control with regards the media these days? That is a highly dangerous accusation to be throwing about with no evidence.
This is really sad.. IF the body was moved, it would be for the actual driver to avoid criminal charges.. They obviously weren’t smart in that the seat belt marks were already there from impact. So ultimately if convicted, the ‘actual’ driver would face charges of both the crash, moving the body and possible perverting the cause of justice.
I was wondering why the reports of this incident referred to the ‘occupants’ of the car when reports of other incidents always refers to drivers and passengers. I guess the Gardai had their suspicions from the very early on.

The poor family and friends of this woman having lost her now have to deal with this suspicion.
It says the other person in the car is not suspected of any criminality.
Am I missing something here? Why would someone else move her to the drivers seat?
Would the driver in fact be in trouble as she was apparently pissed drunk? Cork Beo wtf are you on about
Something [similar ](https://m.independent.ie/irish-news/survivor-pretended-his-dead-friend-was-driver/26393582.html) happened in Galway in 2024
