“Near the border between Poland and Belarus, Polish police approached us and showed us a badge. We showed our documents and journalist’s credentials. They started grabbing our cameras, searching…

Then we were brought to the commandant’s office. About 10 people began to search our car, us, threw our things on the hood, took all the memory cards from the cameras, took all the phones, documents.

During the interrogation at the commandant’s office, I said that we are journalists, investigating how Poland trades with Russia through Belarus and how Poland trades with Belarus, how agricultural products go from Russia and Belarus to Poland.

It was seen the representatives of the Polish special service were disturbed. They started asking me who else knows about it, whether the Ukrainian authorities, the Ukrainian government, know about it. They asked who our sources are, how we found out about it, how long we have been working on this topic”

  1. If true this is ‘Absolutely Outrageous behaviour!’

I hope representatives of the EU will be taking up this matter with the Poles.

However, from the standpoint of the Ukrainian Reporters and presumably most of the western world, ‘The wrong people were targetted for investigation by the local authorities’.

I wonder if these activities are well know about by these same local authorities, and if some greasing of palms has been undertaken to enable and smooth these transactions without interruption….. Someone knows much more than they should!

    Slava Ukraini!

  2. If true this needs to be blown wide open – the level of Russian intervention and influence in EU countries appears to be getting worse over time!

  3. This crap needs to be settled. All Russian instigators eliminated and settlement reached.

PUT A STOP TO THIS BS!!!!!

  4. First, thank you to the investigative journalists, you rock!
It seems that Poland is a country of some contradictions. When Moscovia invaded Ukraine in February of 2022, it seems that Poland was the first country to push the EU to support Ukraine. Poland managed to bring in Ukrainians fleeing the war and was hospitable towards them. Thank you Poland for this.
But now, tons of Ukrainian grain has been destroyed in Poland, and even a sign displayed asking for Putin to bring order to Poland. It seems that Polish government isn’t in a hurry to stop this.
    Now this has been uncovered.
It seems that although Poland has freed itself from the russian yolk, russian saboteurs abound. Need to clean house.

  5. I don’t blame them. They’re trying to NOT encourage anymore tampering with grain.
