2. So with us now getting linked to Andy Robertson there’s a chance we might go into next season with both the England and Scotland captains. Who’s next, Aaron Ramsay?

3. When did it all went wrong for our wage structure? Was it when we gave Lucas 18m or when we gave Sane 20m, and it spiraled way out of control from there with Kimmich, Goretzka, Gnabry and Coman all asked for 17-20m, a figure even long-tenured players like Boateng or Alaba haven’t reached and only club legends who performed consistently like Neuer, Muller and Lewy deserve.

   With that alone I’m totally sure we shouldn’t interest any of Davies’ unreasonable demands. We don’t need to see another crop who would point at that figure and say, hey I want a similar number too if I also contributed this and that.

   Also I’d be a little bit careful about approaching Wirtz. Iirc Leverkusen wants to raise his salary to around 15m (where tf did they get money from to give that idk), so how much would he ask for to join us here, 18, 20? Plus that 120m+ transfer fee and that’s a crazy investment, should be looked upon carefully
