Saw this posted on FB made me giggle. I would say the North was the bit above not pictured on the map. Midland’s has vanished.

Is this a “Southerners who live in a bubble” map ? It works excellently as that 😂. Except I feel they’d recognise the lake district too.
Wiltshire and Gloucestershire won’t like this.
What’s that uncharted/unlabelled bit to the left of The North?
Next you’ll be telling me “here there be dragons!”
Pretty accurate
Being a midlander, I always had the impression southerners thought anything north of Watford Gap was the far north.
I am trying to work out whose perspective this is meant to be from?
north of the top part of the m25 = ‘the north’ 100%
Not sure how I feel about ‘Cows’ being the prime feature for Devon. But I suppose, you can’t take cider away from Somerset.
The fact that Cornwall wasn’t “The Second Homes” with “and surfers & pasties” in tiny text underneath, is an opportunity missed.
I saw one of the aerial view of historic landmarks shows (“Aerial Europe” or “Aerial Britain”, something like that) which had an episode about northern England.
They included Bath and Stonehenge. ?!?!
Should be ‘Cows and AirBNBs’
Thanks for a great day out in London everyone, just heading back north to Surrey for the weekend.
The actual state of the English
As an Argyle fan I absolutely love that every away game we travel to we can sing the dirty northern bastards song, yup even at that other strange town in Devon where they kiss their sisters and think they’re greek!
I like how Wales doesn’t even get a mention.
Finally a N/S map I can agree with! 😂
Ah the new porn watch lists are out
Everything north of the M4 is The North.
Everything south of the M4 but east of Swindon is London
This is actually accurate
