Rice? He’s fallen of a cliff of late.
Van dijk has to be the player of the year so far, but still some time to go yet.
I don’t think Haaland should be there. Neither should Rice. Has to be VVD or Rodri, probably depending on which of those two end up winning the legaue.
VVD, Foden and Rice would be my top 3
Salah is on 15 goals & 9 assists in 20 games.
Could easily finish the season on 40 g/a combined in which case he’d easily be within a shout too.
I love how annoyed Pep gets about his and City’s perception in the game. They won the quadruple last year and no one reeeeally cares. If arsenal or especially LFC win just the PL this year there will be far more coverage and interest than City’s quadruple.
I hope this stuff annoys Haaland too. A true PL goalscoring phenomenon yet no one cares. He’s just a mercenary tapping in goals created by other mercenaries, there’s nothing deeper for ordinary people to connect with here.
There should be some negative consequences for choosing to work in a soulless sportswashing project for millions of pounds.
Basically it should be out of whoever comes up clutch when it actually matters.
VVD and Rodri have been a clear step above everyone else imo.
Rice has been great but Rodri is still a level above.
Can someone with a subscription list all the players they included so I can get angry
People are sleeping on Watkins, man has bern killing it this year
Feel like Haaland’s probably getting overlooked because, despite leading the golden boot race (even with injuries), he’s not utterly destroying it like last season. Set a high standard and critics will never let you live it down.

Foden has been city’s best player in my opinion.
Gabriel Magalhães is a shout out for me. Guy is the definition of underrated and has really come into his own this season
