Yep. In order to accommodate the construction industry, entities have sold their soul. Because of this false idea that the country cannot do without this cursed industry. Also, the editorial article of today in the ToM is about living next to a construction site. If that day comes, God be with you. Be prepared to deal with damage to your property, and your mental health. The laws are there for the common people, but not for the developer pigs.

Hope you enjoy your tons of cash because as you know, it is based on the sacrifice of the neighbours you built next to.

  1. Can’t wait for someone to post the usual phrase: “PLPN are the same!!!!” and intentionally deflect from the fact that this Labour Government has taken over and nullified all of our institutions.

    How many deaths has this caused now across all of our institutions? Idk, I stopped counting.

  2. Government Entities not knowing what is their actual responsibility, and have more directors than inspectors. Shows really the aim of such entities, to provide free money for supporters and family members with no benefit to the people.

  3. Sad to read those articles. I could sense it in this country that the only investment that people know of is property. It shouldn’t be that way, but that is what happens when an asset has zero taxation imposed on it. Can’t the government put a tax on the second properties? If you can afford a second property, then you can pay tax on it no? In that way, investment in property will become less enticing and developers’ power will diminish.

  4. Watching the press conference and my stomach churns at the sight of our prime minister turning the outcome of the inquiry into political propaganda even laughing at one point. Boasting that the party is going strong…. unbelievable
