Well look what Thor turned into, a total joke, so he honestly was just ahead of their game.

That’s such a weird stance.
In normal life, a big, burly, Thor looking kind of guy is rare. If he auditions for any local theater version of Thor, he’d 100% get the part.
But it’s Hollywood… handsome, big, strong guys are a dime a dozen. How could he possibly think that was all there was to it?
After seeing the kind of garbage this guy endorses off-screen I think we dodged a bullet there.
I for one am happy he missed out on Thor because we got Alan in Blood Drive.
The plot of Reacher seems to center around normal looking people menacing this fucking giant monster man with no consideration for their safety.
He made Hawk look cool. No easy feat

Well he isn’t a great actor so I guess they cared a little about the actors acting capabilities lol
I have enjoyed Richardson in “Reacher”, but…so far I haven’t seen him stretch his acting abilities.
It may just be that the scripts and director are playing to a specific demographic, but even if he is an incredible actor, I haven’t seen it yet.
Like John Wayne, I’ve only seen him play one character so far.
He should probably continue to looks for jobs that prioritize looks over acting.
