The military, the police, the nhs, schools – all the public institutions fundamental to a productive society are underfunded, overworked, over and politicised.
The conservatives have been promoting populist mob rule for a decade, supported by money from foreign state actors (pooptin and also his cronies in the states). We need to get rid of them so we can start valuing reason again.
Even were that to be true, who exactly is to blame? if only there were someone in charge overall, some form of leader, backed perhaps by a large party of likeminded peers given important positions and responsibilities for various sectors of the country?
