Jeffries Suggests Democrats Would Save Johnson From Removal Over Ukraine Aid. The House Democratic leader said “a reasonable number” of Democrats would vote to save the Republican speaker if his party sought to oust him over allowing a vote on a foreign aid bill.

  1. He’s not afraid of losing his position, he’s afraid of putin poisoning him for not holding up his end of the bargain.

One of his biggest donors is from russia.

  2. Also get discharge petition ready to go.

Also, Jeffries should also work on converting from Republican to Democrat 3 or more non Maga Republican congress persons. Flip those who are from districts that Biden won, or is leading in now, since their tenure under Maga controlled RNC will otherwise be short.

  3. Yeah but Congressional Democrats can’t help you much when you’ve been invited to the Kremlin to join Putin for tea in the Window Room.

  4. Wouldn’t it be easier (meaning, require fewer legislators jumping through fewer hoops) to just force the funding bill out of committee?

  5. Forget Moscow Johnson, he will never bring forth the bill on aid for Ukraine, Taiwan, and Israel for a vote .
Don’t waste time , start Plan C: discharge petition!

  6. It would be career suicide for Johnson to either lose a vote to vacate or let the Democrats save him from such a vote. The only choice open to Johnson is to do everything in his power to block the Ukraine bill and ensure the MAGA crowd has no reason to call a vote to vacate.

Johnson well knows that allowing a vote on Ukraine will guarantee he is ex-communicated from the republican party and primaried as a RINO. He’ll never win another election again. The Democrat promises to “save” him from a vote to vacate is nothing more than a poisoned chalice.

  7. His son keeps him from enjoying porn so there’s gotta be something the gets him going.

  8. We need 3-4 republicans (maybe the ones who have already said that they aren’t running for reelection) to declare as independents. Democrats would get the majority and can bring HR 815 to the floor for a vote. Those republicans could still caucus with the republicans on everything else. It could work, and faster than discharge petition.

  9. Why are democrats in an abusive relationship with republicans.

  10. When are the Democrats going to learn that it never pays to negotiate with Republicans and MAGA? That they will renege on any deal, bargain in bad faith, and just lie, lie, lie?

    Not today, apparently.

Why do they keep telling us we need the “experience” of these ancient fossils who have proven incapable of learning and adapting?

  11. Amazing how easily Americans can be puppeteered by Russian propaganda.
