  1. >Klarna announced a partnership with OpenAI, the creators of ChatGPT, last year and has now confirmed their chatbot has handled 2.3 million customer service chats in 35 different languages in its first four weeks of operation. This is the equivalent of 700 full-time customer service operators.

    >It also has higher accuracy than humans, with a 25% decrease in repeat inquiries. The time in which support tickets are resolved has also been cut from 11 minutes to less than two.

Thar’s money to be made or saved in using AI. Companies will either have to use it or become less competitive.

  2. Can confirm. I was playing around with the ChatGPT api.

And , holy shit !!, that damn chat bot is good!! You can set it to be a different persona, teach it what kind of responses you want it to be. And it’s really fucking good. Imo

  3. Companies like concentrix have cut customer service to the bone, to the point where we expect terrible service from underpaid, undertrained, overworked people in the far east.

So now AI is viable to replace them because the bar has been set so low.
