It’s strange how surprising it is to see common sense and rational decision-making in this day and age.
All murderers should be removed from public ballots. According to Athens GA mayor it was Trumps fault that a GA woman was killed.

Why do we need a judge? It’s in black-and-white; that’s why we have a constitution. Do we really want a president who doesn’t honor the peaceful transition of power when they lose an election?

What happened to the video that was being created leading up to January 6th? If I remember correctly, there was a camera crew following the leaders of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers amongst other insurrectionist groups. They filmed meetings and conversations between Trump’s former campaign staff members and political advisers who Trump granted presidential pardons: Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Stephen K. Bannon, and George Papadopoulos. These seditious Republican enablers very clearly planned and executed the Stop-The-Steal rally in coordination with Trumps advisors and legal team.
Are they actually deciding on Trump’s guilt in these cases? Or are they just arguing over the constitutionality of it all?
I get that he doesn’t need to be convicted, but taking the premise for granted doesn’t seem very just.

How can this be justified? Regardless of how bad he is, he is to be assumed innocent (by the government) of all crimes, until declared guilty in a court of law.
