What a great way to create a powerful black market commodity!
It grows wild there!!
Wtf……was considering taking a honey moon there. Not happening now. Way to go Thailand. Yall had an epic movie made about you starring Leo and then go and do this????
The genie aint going back in the bottle.
Cannabis sales really went wild when this started. Last I saw it was easier to find a joint than a coffee. Every tourist street had a half a dozen stores and as many street vendors. Paradise for any pothead. I can see how many people would go overboard and obtained addictions.
People should be able to consume what they want. But it’s very understandable if the government doesn’t want their country to promote it so heavily and a ban seems like the only measure that can reintroduce control.
You’d be a lot cooler if you didn’t.
Are snack sales too high or something? Because I am
Step backwards
“Thais migrate in record numbers to Germany”
Good luck with that, it’s not worked anywhere in the world!
it’s the weed that is the problem.. not the sex tourism…
Fucked up the taxation on it. Fucked up it’s regulation. Fucked up on keeping a black market from opening. Just an all around fuck up from Mr. Health Minister here.
Let’s assume it medical only and dispensaries have a Dr onsite to write the prescription. What do you think will happen to the overall price per gram? I’m assuming many smaller businesses will fold but I believe the growers will have a record amount of unsold weed available with fewer dispensaries offering it. I’m hoping price will decline but impossible to say for now.
Prohibition doesn’t work. It fails.
It just turns enjoyers into criminals.
Guess they prefer crime.
Far more profitable if it is illegal it seems.
More bribes, more expensive… figures.
If making something illegal made life better, then there wouldn’t be such a booming underage sex trafficking industry in Thailand
Going backwards is the new trend ,huh
And drug dealers are cumming from sheer excitement. Guess they gotta get more bribe money for the police. First a crazy sex trade & now this, it’s like they want their entire country to be a black market. To be a bright neon colorful metropolitan criminal paradise, a haven & central hub for criminals & organized crime.
Canada got a lot of things wrong in the rollout and still has some improvements but since legalization I’ve not once had or seen an issue due to weed consumption. Alcohol, you see that shit daily.
That’s it folks, back to good old safe alcohol and tobacco..
Thailand is full of potential but their dumbass King and incompetent government is always going backward.
I know some Californians that went to Thailand cause the Cali legal market is tough. Damn I wonder what they are going to do now
Should be great for cartels as it is with all drug prohibition.
