I have no idea how or why this happened, just received my information from this year. I do not recognise of the listed queries, is there a way to check or get rid of them from my details or they are there to stay??

There is another ongoing balance of 354 Euros or something reported from Inkasso, also have no idea where that even comes from. I have tried requesting an original invoice for the debt they’re trying to collect but apparently they don’t have any information on that.

So is there anything at all that can be done or accept my fate and leave??

  1. Holy Moly, Ratingstufe P? How did that happen?

According to this you apparently have problems with “bisherige Zahlungsstörungen”, so not paying contracts in time and stuff.

  2. These came from N26, and looks like you have defaulted on something there. Every month its rating your “bisherige Zahlungsstörungen” very high. Did you exceed the overdraft facility? Did you take a loan and failed to repay or missed an installment? You cannot have such bad score without defaulting on multiple things.

Do you even have an N26 account? If yes, ask them why they have given you such low score.

Or schufa confused your name with someone else’s.

If you cannot figure this out, only option is to contact a lawyer who can demand more info in this regard.

  3. N O P means Negative entry. You have unpaid bills somewhere. I’d contact schufa to ask them from which company it is and contact the creditor then. With that score you’re basically dead here

  4. Possible someone phished your photo-ID and other personal information to open accounts in your name?

Possible you received someone else’s Schufa record?

That would be a plausible explanation if you’re 100% you never received any letters from the companies mentioned here.

  5. IIRC I saw something recently which said that how by a recent court ruling by the european supreme court they have to delete your data and scoring when you tell them to.

  6. If you didnt do these activities, you are likely a victim of identity Theater. Alot of the advice youre getting is how to go back and forth with asking questions but if you are telling the truth, you need to treat it like a case of identity theft – inform the authorities, lock down your banking and personal info so whomever has it doesnt continue to use it, and them you can approach Schufa and N26 to begin to fix it

  7. Hey op. Don’t know if this helps but logpay financial services for me is the company that receives my payment when I pay my for BVG train ticket in Berlin via the app before boarding the trains and I see them
