I would be more surprised if he told the truth one day in Parliament
The thing I find most bemusing about Johnsons is that for such and industrial scale liar….he is not very good at it is he?
He doesn’t tell accomplished lies or well thought out lies, they are silly lies which are easily found out.
A cabinet minister said last week that Johnson tells lies just to get him through the day. He has no intrest in doing a good job or the right thing, he just tells whoever is in front of him any porky that comes into his head to try to get him out of he situation his lying has got him in.
That’s how we end up at him saying he went to a work BYOB with his wife and had no idea it was a piss up. Everyone, including himself knows he broke the regulations but he just comes out with silly lies because he has nothing else.
Thankfully we have Cummings to shine the light of honesty & truth into the darkness of lies that is the government.
Johnson is even lying about his own name. His family know him by ‘Al’ apparently.
