8. If that was a Ryanair plane the comments would be twice as much all telling the same tired dumb jokes

9. A go-around is not that unusual, especially when a pilot begins to run out of runway like that. Some of those frequent flyers will have experienced it before.
   It's just a pity that at Heathrow, one of the busiest sirports, your next landing slot is going to be 40 minutes away rather than 5.

12. I think I tracked this plane on Flight Radar. I saw it circling above London. Hats off to the pilot!

13. I'd say those were some pretty darn good pilots being able to do a touch and go. The real question is why they tried to land in the first place with winds like this. Don't know who made that decision.

21. This is a testament to the incredible wealth of experience British Airways Pilots have. A less experienced Pilot would have continued the attempt and risked a tail strike that would put the passengers' lives in jeopardy. Well done to this experienced and extremely professional Pilot❤.🎉

    It looks like the abort was a bit over cautious! 😳 😮😊

25. He's a Good pilot, for not trying to forcefully land the plane …..it's better to circle round and try again.
