This is a long shot, but does anyone know the name of the artist who made this?

I bought this Golem sculpture in Třebíč in 2010. A friend asked about it and I realized I wasn’t able to credit the artist. Googling hasn’t yielded much. I also realize that the artist may have moved or gone out of business since then, but I’m hoping the fact that Třebíč isn’t a huge town will work in my favor. Any insight is appreciated!
