The West let the Ukrainians bog down with our supply dithering and then they made some poor decisions with their counteroffensive. Hard to see how any sort of strategic victory is possible.
If all the republics included in the Russian Federation leave it, then what to do with the Russians? They do not have their own territory, they are like gypsies
With each passing day, the eurotrash parliament gets more unhinged. Waiting on Russia to start demanding that European countries be broken up into smaller bits
The dangerous thing about this are the nukes. Russia has nukes scattered around the country. Imagine someone like Kadirov has access to nukes.
One could only hope…. I guess we’ll have to wait, do absolutely fucking nothing and see!
And what do they plan to do about it?
good , saying the words “Ukraine’s victory” is a big thing …
Can someone explain to me how ‘decolonalization’ applies here? I thought it was a more of a buzzword with anti-racist stuff. Is that a big factor in Russia?
I want what the European Parliament is smoking… surely Zelensky’s coke
I really can’t see a Ukranian victory that gives that result. The best chance to that to happen was in the Russian Civil War or in the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Remember, a Ukranian victory for Zelensky is to push Russia to their borders not something like losing 20% of your territory. If Russia didn’t collapse after losing so much people in the Winter War they will not collapse for this reason in Ukraine.
This seems to once again confirm Putin’s words that the West wants the collapse of Russia.
Still Living in that fantasy world where “Ukraine is winning”?
Well that seems like quite a far-fetched claim💀
Ukraine has already recognized the independence of Ichkeria and Ghalghaaichie. Russian Federation is not a real country, but a set of 100 colonized states with their own unique cultures.
I totally agree 🤠
Divide and conquer…also a type of colonialism..
This is what collective delusion looks like. Russia will never leave Ukraine.
It seems like everyday various European institutions and politicians are in a race to say the most absurd and ridiculous things and to outdo each other in their slavish attitude towards the Beltway.
This is fancy dress up for “they want to balkanize Russia” and going by how life has gone for people in the Balkans since Yugoslavia fell… Putin is right to fight them tooth and nail. It’s ironic that the language of decolonialization is used by the actual colonial powers against a country that was very minor in the colonization scramble but that’s what you get with projection.
I don’t think Europe has the internal cohesion to go the distance with Putin– already you’re watching the current crop of leaders slip in polls to opponents who are more open to diplomacy with Russia. I also think Russia is more or less demographically doomed unless it finds a way to radically raise birthrates and combat alcoholism.
Its the long overdue soviet collapse that didn’t fully allow every region to split.
The real Russia is a fairly small by itself.
The word could is doing some heavy lifting here…
Yeah wouldn’t it be nice. If only Russia were Europe’s only threat, and not the rise of a bunch of belligerent EU member states itching for any sort of fight. If it’s not Russia they’ll start going after each other. Calling it.
Looking past the present when when they cant even give ukraine enough weapons sheesh
Stop this non sense, we don’t need to decolonize anything neither to attack, we need to deploy NATO as a defense deterrent by building fortified Trenches behind enemy lines to deter the invaders from moving forward, stop with this fantasy title just to scare people, Italy 🇮🇹
Its not our place to worry about russia democracy. Our work is to save Ukraine from an evil man
European Parliament saying the quiet part out loud. It was always about destabilizing Russia with a coup in Ukraine.
The decolonization rhetoric regarding Russia always seems to me to have an obvious flaw. Why do people seem to assume that encouraging ethnonationalist sentiment would have positive consequences for minority groups which are massively outnumbered by the dominant ethnicity?
For a comparison, in 1991 Serbs [made up ~36% of Yugoslavia’s population](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_the_Socialist_Federal_Republic_of_Yugoslavia), whereas Russians make up 80% of the RF’s population. Even if we assume that the numbers are slanted somewhat, Russians still quite comfortalbly outnumber every other ethnic group in the country combined- and do so over most of its territory.

Something something chicken, something something hatch.
