US airman sets himself on fire outside Israeli embassy in DC

A member of the United States Air Force is in a critical condition in hospital after he set himself on fire outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington in protest at the war in Gaza Aaron bushnel live streamed himself as he approached the embassy saying he would no longer be

Complicit in genocide he then put the camera on the ground poured liquid on himself and lit it while shouting free Palestine police officers then put out the Flames with fire extinguishers

US Airman Aaron Bushnell is in critical condition after setting himself on fire outside the Israel Embassy in an act of protest against the war in Gaza. Before setting himself on fire, he said he would “no longer be complicit in genocide” and he was heard shouting “Free Palestine” as he burned.

  5. Why isnt the USA air dropping medicine and supplies by parachute into Gaza? The UK has given some aid which is being delivered this way via airplanes flown by Jordan airforce. Happened 5 days ago. Egypt could do the same. Its the only way to get aid in just now. The USA have no excuse! ACT NOW and stop this siege. WHY ISN'TTHE UK PRESS TALKING ABOUT THE FACT THAT GAZA IS RICH. It has the Gaza Marine, a gas field off its coast as well as oil under the West Bank. Israel and others want it. It is worth well over 450bn dollars. Israel granted a gas exploration license to BP AFTER 7th October 2023.

  7. Palestine is just the name the Romans used to to remove ancient Israel’s Jewish identify after the sacking of the Temple. After 500 years of Roman occupation the Arabs would invade from the south conquering the area, If’s it’s the “Palestinians” country then where do we draw the line? Wouldn’t the same rules apply to native Americans? where being that a few centuries of occupation means that us white folks should now have some sort of right to the land. Moral of the story: Palestine=occupied Israel and being a “colonizer” is only bad if you’re white.

  21. I watched the pretty uncensored video on AJ+ without realising just how uncensored it was going to be. It literally stopped me in my tracks and I have not been able to stop thinking about it.
    While I personally can never condone self immolation,whatever the cause, I do feel having happened, his act is important to highlight the disparity between our leaders actions and the feelings of their citizens towards this atrocity. R.I.P Aaron Bushnell & Free Palestine 🕊

  31. Sounds like someone who already had suicidal tendencies and decided on a 'nice' way to go, voicing support for a cause. I don't think he actually burned himself for Palestine
