The only way these terminals can operate at all is if the russians can somehow successfully trick SATELLITES into thinking they aren’t in Russia. Russia is blacklisted, the satellite will not beam or provide to Russia what so ever. Even if these are sold by the chinese on a fake roaming plan, they’ll be dectected way out of scope of location and be effectively bricked super quick.

After all, the satellites above Russia are still functioning, and providing services. Musk should shut them down right away.
