  1. Soldiers from Quebec with soldiers from France, that would be a bit funny.

  2. Send in those troops, have them do logistics and border defense whilst providing air cover and allow the Ukrainian army to focus on the frontlines.

  3. Being honest here. These countries already have boots on the ground (not on the front line), they’re going to ease into the media though. Canada has had private protection services, logistic assistance, and more already assisting within.

  4. This is good trend. Shows backbone and a big middle finger to russia. Even if it would never come true just talking back at those c*nts is already a positive change

  5. Aren’t like 4% of Canada’s population of Ukranian origin?

  6. Here comes another Russian doomsday threat!!, #5865.

  7. The British will be next. We entertained this idea months ago.

  8. As a Canadian……WHAT troops? Do they know the real state of our shoestring army right now? How our government expicitly refuses to meet NATO’s spending targets? How when every other country is spending more on defence, we actually DECREASED our military spending since the start of the Ukraine war?

    Sigh….😔

  9. Hm. If this ends up happening I’ll be enlisting. Interesting.

  10. Surely what harm could some Canadian soldiers be?

cue The Devil’s Brigade (1968). The arrival scene.

  12. Hey, Americans. Maybe…send military assistance in this, the most critical hour?

  13. Air superiority would need to be established otherwise we’re just feeding all of the meat grinders that have been set up.

  14. Russkies send foreign troops there, duped by their offer of immediate citizenship and huge salaries. I’d give it a “yes”.

  15. Finally. One of the dumbest things they did early in the war is promise absolutely no boots on the ground. They could’ve believe that, and that could be policy, but Putin didn’t need to know that.

He also doesn’t need to know about every fucking gun we sent to Ukraine, when, and how it got delayed. It’s been kind of ridiculous that the arms and the number of them, and when they will arrive, have been announced months, in some cases a year, in advance .
