Hello everyone, I recently moved to Poland and I have done my health insurance last month, I was informed I have to file a new DRA document every month and I was also informed I can do it online. I logged into my ZUS account but I can’t manage to figure out how I can file the document online, so if anyone can run me through it I would very much appreciate it. I will be attaching a screenshot of the general panel in hopes it makes things simpler.

Get an accountant. For 150-200PLN/month you will not have to worry about any of that.
