The Peninsula. They have a Good afternoon tea selection. It’s good to prebook tables. I believe it’s the sister hotel to the one in Hong Kong. Go for the Belgravia suite. It’s on the top floor, great views. Maybe not the largest of all rooms, but sufficient and has wonderful large windows.

I once met a top percentage lawyer outside of London and was surprised to hear, he hated this and a few attached areas of London simply because of the majority of residents were “obsessed, obscene and obtuse”
