I don’t abuse, hurt or kill ppl & use my mental health as an excuse but my narcissist abuser she definitely would manipulate the situation to victimise herself. Feel like I’m surrounded by manipulative narcs they show no different

  16. I hate how they always use the mental health as an excuse I’ve suffered with mental health issues since my teens even when I’ve been at my most paranoid Ive known it’s wrong to hurt people. It’s not mental health it’s someone fuelled by hatred who has an evil violent nature.
